APPLE WOOD - Dry, aged in bourbon barrels for six months, 6% ABV

ORIGINAL DRY - Dry version of our flagship blend, 6% ABV

RIFT - A blend of heirloom apples & De Chaunac grapes from Flag Hill Distillery, 6.7% ABV

LOVE SUPREME - Barrel-aged; blended with cocoa & tart cherry, 6.9 % ABV

UVARIUM - Off-dry, made with a blend of grapes + apples, 6% ABV

TREE SHAKER - Made with Golden Russet apples from Strafford, NH, 6% ABV

HOPSHIRE - Off-dry cider, dry-hopped with Mosaic hops, 5.75% ABV

BRANCH BREAKER - Medium-sweet cider made with Ginger Gold apples, 4.8% ABV

HONEY BADGER - Single variety, 100% Honeycrisp apples, 4.75% ABV

CRABBY BASTARD - Blend of Dolgo crabapples + Spencer from Gile’s Family Farm, 6% ABV

BITTER BROTHERS - Lightly tart; a blend of NH & ME grown apples, 5.5% ABV

ORIGINAL PRESS - Semi-sweet; our flagship blend, 5% ABV

FIRE STARTER - Cinnamon, pomegranate & Viel’s habaneros, 5% ABV

XXX - Our Fire Starter with triple the spice, 5.5% ABV

GINJAH BABY - Made with cranberries + fresh pressed ginger, 5% ABV

CURRANT VIBE - Black currant, lavender, agave nectar + lemon zest, 5% ABV

SUGAR SHACK - Gile’s maple syrup, fresh ginger & walnut, 5% ABV

WULF KITTY - Tart cherry, tangerine zest & ginger, 5% ABV

NON-ALCOHOLIC SELTZER -‍ ‍Light & bubbly; made with real apple cider, 0% ABV

Growler REFILLS

32 oz $14 | 64 oz $26

Before bringing in your growler for a refill please remove and dispose of your cap, and rinse it out. We will not accept growlers that have mold or old spoiled cider in them. Thank you for understanding!

We wash all growlers in a high temp dishwasher and sanitize every growler that leaves the tasting room. The precautions we take ensures that you have the best quality vessel to transport your cider home with you.

KEGS

Kegs-to-go are available from the tasting room in 5.16 gallons containers. We typically have Original Press and Fire Starter available all year. Limited quantities of specialty cider kegs are available. Specialty ciders that may be available correspond to the ciders listed in the tap list above.
